Cancellation & Refund Policy for Victorious Health & Fitness Products and Programs

Membership in the Victorious Facebook online accountability community is included with all purchases. If, for any reason you are removed from the group for not adhering to the group rules, a refund will not be issued for any products purchased.

Victorious Online and Digital Products Cancellations & Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. Which is why we will consider refund requests on a case by case basis

Victorious Online – 7-Day Free Experience Trial membership:

Upon expiration of the 7-day Free Trial, your membership will automatically convert to a weekly payment membership. If you wish to cancel your trial before your first weekly payment comes out, you must do so at least 48 hours before your free trial is set to expire. To cancel your trial membership, simply message us at https://www.messenger.com/t/VictoriousHAFTO and we will process your cancellation, no questions asked. 

Remember, you must cancel within 48 hours of your trial membership end date to avoid being charged.

Victorious Online - Weekly Membership:

If you would like to cancel your weekly membership to Victorious Online, simply message https://www.messenger.com/t/VictoriousHAFTO and we will process your cancellation, no questions asked. Please be aware that it will take 48 hours to process this cancellation and if there is a scheduled payment in that period, it may still get charged.

Victorious Online - Refunds:

To request a refund for Victorious Online, message https://www.messenger.com/t/VictoriousHAFTO with your reason for the request. Please note that refunds are processed on a case by case basis at our discretion and not all refunds will be approved.
ALL refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. No requests will be accepted outside of that

Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Victorious 4 Week Challenge Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you sign up for the Victorious 4 Week Challenge you are signing up for the transformation challenge where you will compete against all other challengers (this includes access bonuses such as nutrition and goal setting training) and you are also signing up for a Victorious Online membership ($15 per week) which gives you access to our online training programs

Your challenge fee is payable at the date of sign up and your Victorious Online membership payments will begin on the start date of the 4 week challenge (unless you are already a member then payments will continue as usual)

After the 4 week challenge concludes your Victorious Online membership will continue until you decide to cancel it which can be done at anytime by messaging us at https://www.messenger.com/t/VictoriousHAFTO and refund requests will be subject to Victorious Online refund policy above

4 Week Challenge Refunds:

In order for The 4 Week Challenge program to be successful, Victorious invests time, effort & resources in you. We also give you full access to our programs, courses and consultation calls. And all of this value is given up front and for that reason, no 4 week challenge refund requests will be accepted or processed at any time for any reason.
